Life Coaching for Women: A Resilient Journey

It’s in one moment that changed everything. I’m Crystal Snyder, founder of Still Here Coaching Co., Inc. Master Certified Practitioner with four degrees and forty-eight professional certifications. As an Influential Woman and first place winner of MAXIM Cover Girl Radiance 2026, my life has taught me more than any accolades ever could.
Years ago, I had what many would call a normal life. I was running a successful business, raising two beautiful children, and happily married to my best friend. We had been together for 16 years, building a future we both believed in.
Then, in an instant, everything changed. My husband died by suicide.
Despite our best efforts, we couldn’t save him. Overnight, I became a widow, a single mother, and someone grappling with a depth of grief and trauma I never imagined possible. There are parts of that time I don’t remember; trauma has a way of obscuring memories.
But one thing I remember clearly is the loneliness. I remember trying to be strong for my children while feeling completely lost myself. I remember wondering why no one discusses what happens after the funeral—when everyone returns to their lives and you’re left trying to figure out how to keep living. I kept thinking, “There have to be other people sitting alone tonight, feeling exactly like this.”
That thought never left me.
Still Here Coaching Co., Inc. was born from a promise I made during that season of my life: if I found my way forward, I would help others do the same through grief coaching.
Today, my mission extends beyond loss. I work with women navigating grief, burnout, life transitions, and the wreckage of toxic relationships, all while quietly pursuing the disconnection from the person they know they can become. My focus on women’s resilience coaching empowers clients to reclaim their strength.
I believe most people are not broken; instead, they carry pain, exhaustion, fear, or uncertainty that obscures their own strength.
My role isn’t to become your hero; it’s to help you rediscover the strength, resilience, and purpose already within you.
